 The City Wall surrounds the center of the city and helps to fend off the barbarians. The City Wall increases the effectiveness of each citizen's donations to the City Guard.
Note: The bonus is accumulated "in the City Wall" and added to the donations to the City Guard as soon as one complete donation is reached (-> only complete donations count)
