Why am I no longer receiving e-mail from Catan GmbH?

Please first check the spam folder of your e-mail inbox. Sometimes our automatically generated e-mails get caught in there.

It is also possible that your inbox is simply full and cannot receive more e-mail. Some freemail providers set a rather low limit for the number of e-mails you can store - often combined with a maximum total size of all stored e-mails. If you are preserving a lot of old e-mail in your inbox, and if there are some very large e-mails containing photos or videos, you should definitely consider to get rid of those messages you do not really need anymore.
