Comcast related game lag resolved

After two nights of intense follow-up checks, we are happy to announce that the 'game lag” or, even worse, total inaccessibility of our PlayCatan game servers for Comcast customers seems to be resolved now.

After we had presented our findings to the Comcast network crew, unfortunately it took another few days. But finally, according to our own experiments and to your feedback, our game servers' accessibility for major parts of North America (that is: all Comcast customers) seems to have come back to normal. This situation has been stable for Thursday and Friday, including the following nights.

So we are ready to give an “all clear” signal for now. However, we will keep monitoring the network, just to be sure.
