|Java Browser Games again with Mac OS X 10.6|

Since the latest Java for Mac OS X 10.6 Update 13, Mac owners using the older OSX “Snow Leopard” are able to play our browser games again.
As a basic principle, you should always install the latest Java update – currently this will provide you with Java 6 Update 41 (internal version number: 1.6.0_41).
After installing the update (usually through System Update), you should make sure that the use of Java applets is activated. You will find this option in the Java Preferences which you can easily access through Spotlight, or otherwise via Applications / Utilities / Java Preferences.
In addition to that, you should check both your web browser's content settings and security settings if Java content is indeed enabled. Only then the game window can be expected to load correctly.
If possible, don't use Firefox for Mac OS X, as you will not be able to move the visible part of the map with your right mouse button. The problem applies only to Firefox for Mac OS X, other browsers are not affected – neither is Firefox for Windows.
